Who we work with

  • A building owner leases one of his suites to a tenant (or is negociating a lease agreement) who needs to obtain a building permit for tenant improvement. The city plan checker requires the space to be ADA compliant. The space designer and building owner are unfamiliar with the specifications for ADA compliant parking, path of travel to the front door and costs associated with exterior ADA upgrades.
